1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using trumpvsiran.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Vincli Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Description of Service

trumpvsiran.com provides access to browser-based casual entertainment games. Users pay a one-time fee of $1 per game to unlock full access. Games are provided for entertainment and satirical purposes only.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to make any purchase on this Site. By completing a payment, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that you have obtained the express consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

The Site itself (free, non-payment areas) may be used by persons aged 13 and over with appropriate parental supervision. However, no financial transaction may be completed by anyone under 18 without verified parental or guardian consent.

4. Payments & Digital Content — Cooling-Off Waiver

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise a one-time charge of $1 USD.

Important notice regarding your right of withdrawal (UK & EU):

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you ordinarily have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital content purchases. However, by ticking the consent checkbox at checkout and proceeding with payment, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins, in accordance with Regulation 37(1)(b) of the UK Regulations and Article 16(m) of the EU Directive.

If you did not see or did not tick the consent checkbox, please contact us at support@trumpvsiran.com within 14 days and we will process a refund.

Outside the above withdrawal right, all payments are final. Prices are displayed in USD.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content on this Site — including game code, graphics, music, and text created by Vincli Ltd — is owned by Vincli Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Satire, Fictional Characters & Right of Publicity

This Site is a work of political satire and fiction. All games, characters, scenarios, dialogue, and storylines are entirely fictional and satirical in nature. They do not represent real events, real individuals' views, or actual geopolitical positions.

Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is used in the context of political satire, which is a protected form of expression under UK law (including the Defamation Act 2013), US First Amendment jurisprudence, and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions. No endorsement by, affiliation with, or sponsorship by any real individual or government is claimed or implied.

The fictional characters in these games are symbolic representations of geopolitical concepts, not depictions of specific private individuals. All names used are for satirical purposes only.

7. DMCA & Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to support@trumpvsiran.com containing: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Site; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and (e) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices promptly and in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer the games, manipulate leaderboard scores, or circumvent payment systems. We reserve the right to block access for violations.

10. Limitation of Liability
